Andrew Law

Andrew joined the Board of Trustees in August 2021. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Law degree from the University of Houston. Andrew has been practicing law in private practice and in-house for 14 years. He currently works for Saudi Aramco as Senior Counsel focusing primarily on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project development and corporate matters.

Andrew is married to Lindsey and has two sons and two daughters. His son and oldest daughter attend the American School Dhahran.

Rami Raad

Rami Raad joined the Board of Trustees in August 2021. He received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the George Washington University (GWU). He has over 25 years of experience in engineering, construction and program management.

At present, Rami serves as the Infrastructure Director at Jasara PMC, where he specializes in program management consulting for Saudi Giga Projects. Rami has two boys currently enrolled at the British School Dhahran.

Sireen AbdulQader

Sireen Abdul Qader joined the Board of Trustees in January 2021. Sireen received a Bachelor’s degree from Amman University, Jordan, and a Master of Financial Economics from Ohio University, USA, and has more than 20 years of experience in diverse positions in strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting in multinational companies in Jordan and the USA.

Sireen is currently teaching at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University in the Finance and Accounting department. She is married and has twin boys attending American School Dhahran. Sireen enjoys reading, traveling, and meeting new people. She is passionate about education and believes that children deserve the best, therefore will use all her knowledge to benefit the students.

Nada Al-Othman

Nada Al-Othman joined the Board of Trustees in August 2021. She has received her Bachelor’s degree in Art of Communication and a Master of Business Administration in International Management.

As part of her professional experience, she has exposure in various areas; banking and entrepreneurship, where she was able to start her own concepts in both F&B segment, and fashion design. She has also served three years as a member in the Alumni Board in Dhahran Ahliyya schools. Her son and daughter are currently enrolled in American School Dhahran.

John Bourne

John Bourne

John Bourne joined the Board of Trustees in August 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from Brigham University and pursued his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

John has lived in Saudi Arabia since 2012, where he has held various roles within Saudi Aramco’s Controllers organization, primarily working with the development and review of control environments. Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, he worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston, Texas, working extensively on financial audits within the oil and gas industry.

John, and his wife Tara, have four children. One child is currently attending American School Dhahran.

Ezra Czuba

Ezra joined the Board of Trustees in August 2023. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Ezra has been an engineer in the petrochemical industry for 16 years. He currently works for Saudi Aramco as a Chemicals Specialist, focusing on developing projects to convert crude oil into petrochemicals.

Ezra is married to Leslie and has three sons and two daughters. His oldest son currently attends the American School Dhahran and his oldest daughter will join him in the fall.

Mark Fletcher

Mark Fletcher

Mark Fletcher joined the Board of Trustees in August 2025. He received a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Aston University and post-graduate diploma in teaching from Cambridge University. He has over 18 years of experience in education and training.

Mark has lived in Saudi Arabia for over 12 years and has a background in teaching, training, governance, and standardisation, and is currently working for Saudi Aramco in quality assurance. Mark is married and has 3 children, 2 of which are currently attending British School Dhahran.

Nagy Hassan

Nagy Hassan joined the Board of Trustees in August 2023 . Nagy received a Bachelor’s degree from Cairo University, Egypt, and a Master of Sport Management from Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, and has more than 20 years of experience in diverse positions in strategic planning, Properties Management, Sport Management and Marketing in Egypt and KSA. Nagy is currently working as the Director of Sports Academies at Al-Ettifaq Club.

Nagy is married and has two sons attending ISG Dammam. He enjoys sports, entertainment, arts and meeting new people. He is passionate about sports and education and believes in their importance for student wellbeing, and that ISG schools deserve to be ranked the best in Saudi Arabia.

Cindy Hwang

Cindy joined the Board of Trustees in August 2023. She has been an integral part of the performing arts scene in the US and Asia Pacific for over 20 years, and for nearly 10 years in the Middle East. She is the Founder and President of InPulse Creatives, an agency with the mission to provide creative solutions for artists, creators, and stakeholders who have an interest in bringing their work to and partnering with organizations in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific Regions.

Cindy is also the music programmer for Ithra Theater (King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Robert Steenblik

Robert Steenblik

Rob joined the Board of Trustees in August 2025. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a law degree from Harvard Law School. Rob has been practicing law for more than 20 years and focuses on corporate and securities matters. He currently works for Saudi Aramco as Chief Counsel in its Corporate and Project Finance group in Law.

Rob is married with four children. Two of his children currently attend the American School Dhahran.

James Sindle, US Consul General

Jim Sindle joined the Board of Trustees in October 2023.
Jim Sindle assumed duty as the U.S. Consul General in Dhahran in September, 2023, and has more than three decades of U.S. government experience.
Mr. Sindle hails from Phoenix, Arizona and is a graduate of the University of Arizona (BSc), Georgetown University (MSc), and the U.S. Army War College (MSc).

Rhonda Norris, ISG Superintendent

Rhonda Norris has been an educational leader and CPA for more than 36 years. She has held leadership positions in international schools in six countries including the Dominican Republic, Japan, China, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining ISG, she was the director at Anglo-American School of Moscow, Russia.

Rhonda holds a BBA in business and accounting, a masters in education and a Texas leadership certification. Rhonda joined ISG in August 2024, accompanied by her husband Will.
