28 BSD Athletes Participate in the BSME U11 Games in Abu Dhabi

The BSME U11 sports competition took place in Abu Dhabi, where British School Dhahran proudly competed with a delegation of 15 boys and 13 girls across multiple sporting disciplines.
The girls represented the school in netball, football and athletics, while the boys competed in basketball, football and athletics, with additional participation in swimming events.
Despite competing in a higher school size category, British School Dhahran achieved a commendable 12th place overall, reflecting the determination, resilience and teamwork of our students. Notable results included 5th place in boys’ basketball, 6th place in girls’ netball, 10th place in girls’ athletics, 12th place in boys’ football and swimming and 13th place finishes in boys’ athletics and girls’ football. A special podium mention goes to our girls for securing an outstanding 2nd place in the 150m race, demonstrating exceptional athletic performance.
