American School Dhahran (ASD) is proud to celebrate the achievements of our students in the 2025 Advanced Placement (AP) examinations. This year, 84% of ASD students scored a 3 or higher, far surpassing the global average of 73%. Furthermore, 11 ASD graduates earned the full AP Capstone Diploma:
Doaa Aboelnaga, Hyeon Seo Ahn, Laila Alomari, Mays Alyousha, Muhammad Khan, Ayush Majumder, Satvika Mandhadi, Duaa Mushahud, Areej Parvez, Pramesyvari Sudarmaji, and Rayyan Yousaf.

This success continues a long tradition of excellence at ASD. Over the past five years, our students have consistently achieved results above world averages, demonstrating their academic strength and their commitment to learning and growth.

These achievements reflect the hard work and determination of our students, who have embraced the challenge of rigorous, college-level coursework while balancing a wide range of extracurricular commitments. They also highlight the invaluable support of families, who encourage and stand by their children throughout their academic journey. Most importantly, these results are a testament to the dedication of our remarkable teachers, whose guidance, expertise and encouragement make such accomplishments possible.

AP courses provide students with opportunities to develop critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills that prepare them for university and beyond. At ASD, we believe these results are not only numbers on a chart but evidence of the global readiness that define our learners.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our AP students, their families and our dedicated faculty. Together, you continue to raise the bar and showcase what makes ASD a leader in international education.
