ASD U14 Girls' Team Shines with Second Place in SAIKAC Basketball Competition

The ASD U14 Girls' basketball team concluded their season with an impressive performance, securing second place in the SAIKAC U14 basketball competition. Throughout the season, the girls demonstrated determination and skill, achieving a record of 15 wins and 3 losses. Their relentless effort led them to the finals in both basketball tournaments this year, including being crowned May Madness Champions.

Under the guidance of Head Coach Corey Edmondson and Assistant Coach Zeina Jreije, the team showcased remarkable progress and teamwork. Their journey to the finals in both tournaments is a testament to their hard work and dedication.

Meanwhile, the ASD U14 boys' A team, coached by Head Coach Robert Townsend and Assistant Coach Antonette Briones also had a successful season, finishing in third place at the SAIKAC competition. With a season record of 6 wins and 9 losses, the boys' team displayed resilience and sportsmanship, securing their place among the top teams.
ASD extends its heartfelt gratitude to the coaches for their unwavering support and dedication. Their guidance and mentorship have been instrumental in the development and success of our student athletes.
