Best Buddies Fourth Visit to ACCEL Celebrates the Spirit of Ramadan
SHARE
Our fourth Best Buddies visit to ACCEL was a truly inspiring and meaningful experience, as we came together to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan through thoughtfully planned, Ramadan-themed craft activities.
Students were given the opportunity to design and decorate their own festive hats, encouraging creativity, self-expression and collaboration while deepening their understanding of this special time of reflection and community. The visit was characterised by laughter and a strong sense of inclusion, highlighting the importance of friendship and shared experiences.
To conclude the celebration, each student received a small bag of sweets, adding a simple yet thoughtful gesture to mark the occasion. This fourth visit to ACCEL beautifully reflected the core values of the Best Buddies programme promoting inclusion, building lasting friendships and strengthening community connections while honouring the traditions and significance of Ramadan.
