The BSME U15 Games, held this year in Cairo and hosted by NCBIS and CES, saw a talented BSD squad of 12 girls and 11 boys compete with exceptional commitment across netball, football, volleyball and athletics.
Across all three days, the students demonstrated impressive sporting ability, teamwork and professionalism, culminating in an outstanding fourth-place overall finish—the best result in BSD’s history at the BSME Games.
The girls showed strong performances in netball, football and athletics, while the boys excelled in volleyball, football and athletics, with all athletes representing the school with distinction. The U15 netball team, in particular, displayed admirable sportsmanship, adaptability and unity, collaborating effectively across year groups and maintaining focus and resilience throughout the competition. Their ability to adjust their play to meet the demands of each match and their graceful handling of challenges reflected their maturity and dedication.
We extend our sincere thanks to the coaching team—Coach Gilbert, Coach Haslam, Coach Nourhan, Coach Rosie and Coach Flynn—for their guidance and unwavering support, and we are immensely proud of all our students for their remarkable achievements.
