ISG Jubail invited parents of students in grades 6 through 12 to Back to School Night, an evening designed to help families experience the school day from their children’s perspective.

Parents received schedules similar to those of their students and moved around campus to visit different classrooms, including Physical Education (P.E.), English, Spanish, French, mathematics, science, STEAM, art, history and more. The event offered a firsthand look at lessons, routines and the vibrant learning environment that defines ISG Jubail.

The evening began in the multi-purpose room, where Principal Dr. Jamie Martin and Assistant Principal Sanjeev Jangra welcomed existing and new families. Dr. Martin shared her appreciation for the warmth and support of the ISG Jubail community, reflecting on how welcomed she felt when she first joined the school and emphasizing the importance of both a strong community and partnership between home and school.

Assistant Principal Jangra highlighted the school’s exceptional academic achievements, noting that for four consecutive years, ISG Jubail’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) students have achieved a 100 percent pass rate. He also shared that the school’s average student scores remain above the world average, spotlighting the dedication of both students and staff.

Following the opening, families visited classrooms and explored lessons alongside their children. Parents experienced what it is like to be in the middle and high school environment, observing instruction, meeting teachers and seeing students take an active role in their learning. Families gained insight into both the curriculum and the vibrant community culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration and growth.

Back to School Night at ISG Jubail provided an opportunity for families to engage with teachers, understand the school experience more deeply and celebrate the strong partnership between home and school. The event left parents with a greater appreciation for the learning environment and the ways students are supported to thrive academically and personally.

Thank you to our teachers, staff and Parent Teacher Group (PTG) for making the evening memorable and successful for all our Jaguar families.
