At ISG Jubail, we believe academic growth is built through curiosity, perseverance and the willingness to take on new challenges. That spirit was on full display when students participated in the American Mathematics Competition (AMC 8), organized by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), right here on campus.

The AMC 8 is an internationally recognized competition that invites students to think deeply, solve creatively and apply mathematical reasoning in ways that go far beyond memorizing formulas. Each question encourages students to slow down, analyze the problem from different angles and find solutions through logic and strategy.

For many students, this type of competition is a unique experience. It builds confidence as students learn to trust their thinking, work through complex questions and stay focused even when the answer is not immediately clear. It also encourages a mindset that is essential in mathematics and in life: learning is about growth, not perfection.

By participating in the AMC 8, ISG Jubail students, alongside Mrs. Preetha Nataraj joined thousands of learners around the world who share the same goal of challenging themselves through meaningful academic experiences. It is an opportunity that can open doors to future enrichment in mathematics and inspire students to explore new pathways in problem-solving and critical thinking.

We are proud of every student who took part in this competition. Your dedication and willingness to step into an international academic challenge reflects the best of what it means to be a learner at ISG Jubail.
