ISG Jubail’s U16 and U19 badminton teams, alongside coach Harriet Martson, brought focus to the SAIKAC tournament, where every match reflected steady progress and a shared commitment to the sport. Across the competition, players demonstrated growing confidence in their technique and decision making, with rallies that highlighted persistence, quick thinking and support from teammates on and off the court.
A special congratulations goes to the U19 Girls A team for securing the plate, a meaningful achievement earned through hard work and composure under pressure. Throughout the tournament, students encouraged one another through close points and challenging moments, creating an atmosphere grounded in respect and positive sportsmanship. Their performance reflected the strength that comes from training together and trusting one another as a team.
The tournament was also strengthened by the support of our U14 boys, who stepped up to ensure a full slate of competition for all participants. Their willingness to contribute reflected the connected nature of athletics at ISG Jubail, where students across age groups support one another and help create opportunities for everyone to grow.
This event also marked a special moment for our Grade 12 students, whose final tournament with the badminton program was met with pride and appreciation from the community. Their leadership, consistency and dedication helped shape the team culture throughout the season. ISG Jubail congratulates all players for a season defined by growth, perseverance and the kind of teamwork that makes school sport meaningful.
