Senior School Science Fair

Students in BSD senior school held their annual science fair on Monday, January 24.

Students have been developing their scientific creativity and methodology
over the previous few weeks, and parents were invited to hear their children present and communicate their investigation in an area of science that is of great interest to them.

Later in the day, students took part in a fun science quiz, and the award ceremony presented awards to the top three projects, the best display board and the most original research question.

Our science fair helps students develop a genuine interest in science and technology, and participants enhance their teamwork, communication, presentation and critical thinking skills. We love to see our students develop their confidence and showcase their creativity during this event.

British School Dhahran would like to thank our science teachers Lina Ahmed, Tuna Altay, and Hema Kosandar for their efforts in organizing the science fair and everything they do to foster our students’ curiosity and a life-long appreciation of science.
