University engagement continues to thrive at American School Dhahran, offering students valuable opportunities to explore their options and plan for their futures.

Last week, representatives from the University of Calgary visited the ASD campus, where they provided students with meaningful insight into academic programs, campus life and the admissions process. Students engaged in thoughtful dialogue and had the opportunity to ask questions tailored to their interests, gaining a deeper understanding of what the university has to offer.

These visits are part of the school’s ongoing efforts to support students in their college and career planning by maintaining strong relationships with global universities.

As part of the ongoing university visit schedule, the U.S. Educational Group (USEG) University Tour will be visiting International Schools Group (ISG) on October 8, 2025. Ten U.S. universities are expected to participate. ASD students will have the opportunity to sign up in advance to attend and meet with university representatives during the visit.

These visits are an important part of ASD’s commitment to supporting students in their college and career planning. Families are encouraged to stay informed about upcoming university events throughout the school year.
