American School Dhahran’s community came together on May 3 to celebrate a cherished tradition as the graduating Class of 2026 participated in the annual Senior Walk, marking an important milestone in their educational journey.
The event began in the middle school then through the elementary school halls where younger students lined the hallways with excitement, cheering and applauding as the seniors made their way through the campus. Smiles, high-fives and words of encouragement filled the hallways, creating a memorable experience for both the graduating students and the children who look up to them as role models.
The celebration continued through the middle and high school divisions, where peers, teachers and staff gathered to honor the seniors and recognize their accomplishments. As the Class of 2026 walked through the halls one final time as ASD students, they were met with enthusiastic applause and heartfelt support from the community that has watched them learn, grow and succeed over the years.
The Senior Walk serves as a powerful reminder of the connections that unite the ASD community across all grade levels. For younger students, it offers a glimpse into the future and inspires them to pursue their own goals. For the seniors, it provides an opportunity to reflect on the friendships, experiences and achievements that have shaped their time at ASD.
The event was a proud and emotional moment for students, faculty and staff alike. It celebrated the accomplishments of the graduating class and the strong sense of community that defines American School Dhahran.
As the Class of 2026 prepares to take its next steps beyond ASD, the Senior Walk offered a fitting tribute to their journey and a heartfelt sendoff from a community that will always be cheering them on.
