ASD Students Outperform Global Averages in 2026 IB Results

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding 2026 IB Diploma Programme results at American School Dhahran. Our students exceeded global averages across key measures, demonstrating their hard work, resilience and commitment to academic excellence. We are also proud to share that 32 graduates met the requirements of the IB Diploma.

Results in Numbers:

• ASD students achieved an average of 32 points, compared with the global average of 30.8, 
• The mean grade of 5.1 surpassed the global mean of 4.9. 
• An impressive 94% of ASD students achieved the IB Diploma, compared with 81% globally.
• The highest score achieved by an ASD student was an exceptional 43 points.
