ISG Jubail recently gathered for a special wellbeing celebration that highlighted the importance of caring for ourselves and one another throughout the school year. While the event included a warm cup of hot chocolate shared among students, the heart of the celebration centered on recognizing the daily choices that contribute to a positive and caring school culture.

Throughout the month, students explored the meaning of wellbeing in their classrooms and reflected on how healthy habits, positive relationships and thoughtful actions influence their learning and personal growth. Discussions encouraged students to consider how wellbeing can look different for each person while recognizing the importance of balance, kindness and self-awareness in everyday life.

As part of the celebration, students came together to acknowledge peers who consistently demonstrated the values connected to the school's wellbeing focus. These students served as positive examples through the way they supported classmates, approached challenges and contributed to a welcoming learning environment. Their actions reflected the understanding that wellbeing is built through everyday interactions and choices that help others feel respected, included and valued.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for students across grade levels to connect and celebrate together. Conversations filled the space as students reflected on what they had learned and shared ideas about how they could continue prioritizing wellbeing in their daily lives. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, creating space for students to appreciate one another and recognize the many ways care and encouragement strengthen a community.

At ISG Jubail, wellbeing is viewed as an ongoing practice rather than a single lesson or event. It is reflected in the relationships students build, the support they offer one another and the habits they develop as learners and community members. By creating opportunities to celebrate these values, the school continues to encourage an environment where students feel connected, supported and empowered to thrive.
