The ISG Dammam Biomedical Research Club organized a school-wide initiative in recognition of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month, bringing students together to learn about the importance of awareness and show their support for those affected by the disease.

Students and teachers were invited to wear pink in support of the cause. During the advisory, high school students attended an educational presentation about breast cancer, learning about its risk factors and the importance of early detection. They also created pink ribbon pins provided by the club and participated in an interactive Kahoot quiz to test their knowledge in a friendly competition.

During recess, students visited a booth outside the canteen, where pink ribbons, cupcakes and other pink-themed items were available for purchase. The booth offered another way for students to participate in the initiative and show their support for breast cancer awareness.

Led by the biomedical research club president and sponsored by Mrs. Rana Fatima, the initiative brought learning beyond the classroom and encouraged students to take an active interest in an important health issue. With the support of advisory teachers and students, the school community helped spread awareness and promote a culture of care and understanding.
