U16 Volleyball Jamboree Creates Connections Beyond the Court
SHARE
The ISG Jubail U16 girls and boys volleyball teams recently came together for a day of friendly games at ISG Jamboree, sharing the court with ISG schools in an experience centered on sport and teamwork.
For the U16 girls, each match brought an opportunity to support one another and continue developing as a team. Their focus on the court was matched by the encouragement they gave their teammates, with players communicating throughout each game and staying connected through challenging moments. Under the guidance of Coach Martin, the girls competed with determination while showing respect for every team they played.
The U16 boys brought that same sense of togetherness to their games. They encouraged one another throughout the day, maintained a positive attitude and continued working together through each point. Coach Haidar guided the team as the players built on their communication and teamwork while enjoying the opportunity to compete alongside their friends and peers from other ISG schools.
For both teams, Jamboree offered more than time on the court. Friendly games gave students the chance to experience different styles of play, learn through each match and connect with athletes from across the ISG community. Throughout the day, the players represented ISG Jubail with pride while showing respect for their opponents and embracing the sportsmanship that is an important part of being a student-athlete. The encouragement shared between teammates made Jamboree a meaningful opportunity to enjoy volleyball while continuing to grow together.
These interactions helped create an atmosphere where students could enjoy volleyball while continuing to grow as athletes and teammates. We are proud of the way our U16 girls and boys represented ISG Jubail and grateful for the opportunity to share the court with fellow ISG athletes. Days like the jamboree give students space to compete, connect and enjoy being part of something bigger than their individual team.
