American School Dhahran (ASD) is proud to celebrate the achievements of our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) students. The Class of 2025 has once again demonstrated that dedication and perseverance lead to exceptional results.

This year’s graduates not only met but exceeded international benchmarks, continuing a tradition of academic excellence at ASD.

  • The average points per candidate at ASD was 32, well above the world average of 30.5.
  • The average grade obtained was 4.96, compared to the world average of 4.9.

Their success highlights the strength of the IB program at our school, where rigorous academic standards are matched by strong values and a commitment to developing globally minded learners.

Behind every score is a story of determination. Our students balanced challenging coursework with athletics, arts, service projects and leadership opportunities. Their ability to thrive across such a wide range of responsibilities speaks to the resilience and adaptability that define the ASD community.

We also recognize that these outcomes are the product of collective effort. Families have supported their children with encouragement. Teachers have inspired, guided and challenged students to reach their potential. Together, this partnership creates an environment where learners are prepared not just for university but for life beyond the classroom.

As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our IBDP graduates. The Class of 2025 leaves ASD with the knowledge, skills and character to make an impact wherever they go next. We could not be prouder of what they have accomplished.

Congratulations, graduates!  Your hard work and achievements inspire our entire community!
