The first Parent-Teacher Group (PTG) welcome meeting was successfully held with the attendance of over 15 parents, marking the beginning of a collaborative effort between the school and its community.

The meeting served as an introduction to the PTG members; it was a valuable opportunity to get to know the new members who have joined the group, bringing with them renewed enthusiasm and innovative ideas. They shared their impressions and expectations for the year ahead. The introduction also included the main committee leaders and an overview of their roles and responsibilities.

The PTG presented key annual programs and activities they regularly organize to support students and enrich the school environment. In addition, the meeting outlined the group’s structure, working mechanism and communication process.

A special moment during the meeting was a short welcoming and farewell speech delivered by Mr. David Bolton, who expressed his appreciation for the parents' involvement and support, and shared his gratitude as this was the last PTG meeting he would attend.

Parents actively participated in the meeting by sharing ideas and suggestions, particularly in preparation for the upcoming Saudi National Day celebration. Other important topics discussed included the need to enhance sports activities for elementary students, launching a uniform donation initiative to collect gently used school uniforms and brainstorming creative ideas to increase the group’s financial resources to better support school events and projects.

The next PTG meeting  will be held on October 1. If you would like to connect with the group, please send an email to: [email protected].
