ISG Jubail Middle and High School Launch Eco Club with Inspiring Presentation
SHARE
ISG Jubail middle and high school students gathered during their advisory session to learn about the launch of the Eco Club, a student-led initiative aimed at creating a positive impact on the environment and community. Supervised by Mr. Casey Martin, the club is designed to empower students to take meaningful action while working together toward common goals.
Members of the club prepared a powerful presentation, opening with the question, “Do you want to be part of something bigger?” The words immediately set the tone, inviting students to think about the role they can play in caring for the world around them.
The presentation began with an impactful video that highlighted issues such as climate change, renewable energy and animal protection. Students were encouraged to think about how even small actions can create meaningful change. The message was clear: whether someone is passionate about protecting animals, reducing waste, creating impact or serving their community, there is space for everyone to get involved.
The Eco Club also shared exciting plans, including a renovated botanical space on campus and a project that will turn food waste into healthy soil. These initiatives give students an opportunity to take part in hands-on activities that connect learning with real-world action while building a stronger sense of responsibility for their environment.
The Eco Club’s launch celebrated the power of community, encouraging everyone to share their passions, contribute their strengths and take part in building a greener, more sustainable ISG Jubail.
