Rolling admissions for the 2025-26 school year continue to be accepted on a case-by-case basis, based on seat availability and wait pool capacity. If the application or assessment occurs after July, you will receive an admission decision after the school year has begun.
In certain grades or year levels, the number of applicants may exceed the available seats. When this occurs, qualified applicants may be placed in a wait pool. As space can be limited and applications may close, we encourage families to submit applications as soon as admissions open for their child’s grade or year level.

The Application Process
Your journey starts here. Here's what to expect in five easy steps.
STEP 1:
Submit Online Application
Submit an application form to your first-choice ISG school. Within the application, you may also indicate your second, third and fourth ISG school choices. Only one application form and one application fee are required across all ISG schools.
STEP 2:
Submit Application Documents
Once the application form is submitted, you will receive a customized checklist of documents to upload to the admissions platform. Document requirements may vary based on grade level, nationality and prior schooling.
Application Documents may include:
- Photo - A current, digital, passport-style photo of the applicant
- Passports - Applicant and parent/guardian passports
- Report cards
- Current year-to-date report card, in English
- Report card from the previous two years, in English
- Standardized test scores - if available (e.g., MAP, CAT4, STAAR)
- School contact information for confidential references
- Name and email addresses for teachers, administrators and/or counselors from the last school attended
- Special education or support records - if applicable
- Financial clearance letter - from the current school, in-Kingdom applicants
- Ministry of Education (MOE) approval letter - Saudi applicants, Grades 1-12
- Application fee - Proof of application fee payment
Only complete applications will be reviewed, so please make sure to complete all items on the applicant checklist. An application is complete once the form, required documents, and application fee are submitted.

STEP 3:
Schedule Assessment
The admissions team will review your child’s application and schedule any required assessments. Only complete applications will be reviewed. Please note that assessments for Pre-K/FS1 to Grade 2/Year 3 must be conducted in person. For more information, please refer to our assessment guidelines.
STEP 4:
Committee Review and Decision
Once the application and required assessments are complete, the admissions committee will review your child’s file. You will receive one of three decisions: offer, wait pool, or declined. If your child is offered admission, you will be asked to confirm acceptance by a specific deadline.
STEP 5:
Submit Required Enrollment Documents
If your child receives an admission offer, you will need to submit the required enrollment documents. Once verified, the admissions team will confirm your child’s start date and share details to support a smooth transition to ISG.

- Identification:
- Sponsoring parent Saudi ID and family card (Saudis)
- Applicant and sponsoring parent/guardian Iqamas (Non-Saudis)
- Sponsor’s employment letter.
- Authenticated report card
- If your child attends school outside Saudi Arabia: Your child’s report card must be authenticated with a Hague Apostille or attested by the Saudi Consulate or Saudi Cultural Mission in the country where the school is located.
- If your child attends school outside the Eastern Province or SAES schools: The report card must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education.
- If your child attends school in the Eastern Province or their Iqama lists them as a U.S. citizen: No authentication is required.
- Leaving certificate (Out-of-Kingdom applicants)
- Transcripts (G10-12/Y11-13)
3. Medical forms:
- Health inventory
- Medical form
- Vaccination record
4. Financial requirements:
- Tuition payment.
