The Lower Elementary Learning Celebration at ISG Jubail welcomed families into a warm and lively environment filled with creativity, exploration and community spirit. Students shared their learning through play, inquiry and hands-on activities that highlighted the growth they have been building throughout the term. Families moved through each classroom, joining in conversations with teachers and connecting with students as they proudly shared their work.

One class focused on becoming authors, botanists, mathematicians and independent readers. Students invited families to see their writing, explore plant investigations and look through math work that reflected problem-solving and developing number sense. Parents enjoyed watching how much independence and confidence their children have gained through daily practice and joyful learning experiences.

Another class transformed the room into several dramatic play spaces that encouraged communication and teamwork. Children set up an Italian restaurant, an ice cream shop, a supermarket and a coffee shop. Each area required cooperation as students worked together to run the space smoothly.

They took on roles such as chef, cashier, manager, server and customer. As they played, they practiced counting money, measuring ingredients, identifying shapes, reading menus, writing orders, asking questions, exploring materials, taking turns, solving problems and communicating with one another. The learning felt natural, energetic and connected to real-life experiences that children were excited to share with their families.

The celebration also included a Winter Learning and Seasons Inquiry. Teachers prepared provocations and interactive centers that helped them imagine the snow. Students explored winter clothing, animals that live in snowy climates, arts and crafts like gingerbread houses and story creation centers filled with props and materials. These activities supported vocabulary development, creativity, fine motor skills and a deeper understanding of how seasons change.

Throughout the event, families, students and teachers enjoyed meaningful moments that strengthened their connection to the school community. Children proudly guided their parents through each station, showing how much they have learned through curiosity, play and shared experiences. The celebration reflected the heart of ISG Jubail, where learning feels joyful and connected.

Thank you to Mrs. Saima Jamil, Mrs. Neorelene Duyao, Ms. Yasmeen Hamdallah and Mrs. Morelvys Pina for creating a supportive, playful environment throughout the event.
