Enterprise Day at BSD: Empowering Future Entrepreneurs

On 8 January, BSD hosted its annual Enterprise Day, an event designed to foster creativity, teamwork and problem-solving among students. This initiative offers students practical experience with the fundamentals of running a business.

Key Stage 3 students worked in teams to develop business ideas, plan products or services  and manage tasks such as budgeting, marketing and sales. This hands-on approach gave students practical insight into entrepreneurship and strengthened skills in decision-making, communication and leadership.

Enterprise Day helps build confidence and resilience by encouraging students to overcome challenges, think critically and adapt to real-life business scenarios. The experience supports academic growth and prepares students for future education and careers.

Students also organised an engaging event for the entire school community. Funds raised will be allocated to charitable and school-supported causes during this academic year.
