Before beginning an application, please review our grade equivalents and seat availability. If your child requires learning support services or English language learning support, please contact our admissions team at [email protected] for more details about these services and program availability before proceeding with an application.

Please note that only one application form and one application fee are required across all ISG schools.

Step 1: Submit an online application form to your first-choice ISG school. Within the application, you may also indicate your second, third and fourth ISG school choices.

Step 2: Once the application form is submitted, you will receive a customized checklist of documents to upload to the admissions platform. Document requirements may vary based on grade level, nationality and prior schooling. These may include:

• A digital passport-style photo of the applicant
• Applicant passport
• Parent/guardian passports
• Birth certificate in English (ages 3-5)
• Current year-to-date report card in English
• Report cards for the previous two years in English
• Standardized test scores
• Contact information for teachers, administrators and/or counselors from the last school attended
• Special education or support records (if applicable)
• Financial clearance letter from the current school (in-Kingdom applicants)
• Ministry of Education (MOE) approval letter (Saudi applicants)
• Proof of application fee payment
• Parent questionnaire (ages 3-6)

Once a complete application is submitted, which includes the application form, all required documents and the application fee, the admissions team will review it and notify you of any additional requirements. Complete applications must be submitted by the admissions deadline to be considered for that admissions round.

Step 3: The admissions team will evaluate your child’s application to determine if an assessment is necessary. Assessment types vary by grade level. Please consult our assessment guidelines for more details. Only applicants with a complete application will be considered and scheduled for assessment.

Step 4: Once the application and any required assessments are complete, the admissions review team will review your child’s application. You will receive an update via email regarding the application status, which will fall into one of three categories: offer, wait pool or declined.

Step 5: If your child receives an offer of admission, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance by a specific deadline. If no seats are available in the requested grade, your child may be placed in the wait pool. For more information please see our Wait Pool FAQ.

Upon receiving an acceptance notification, you will be asked to submit the following enrollment documents. All enrollment requirements must be met before your child can attend school.

1. Enrollment Form.

2. Government documents:

• Identification:
  • Sponsoring parent Saudi ID and family card (Saudis)
  • Applicant and sponsoring parent/guardian iqamas (Non-Saudis)
• Sponsor’s employment letter.
• Authenticated report card:
  • Attested by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission/Saudi Embassy in the country where the report card was issued or attested with a Hague Apostille (out-of-Kingdom applicants, not applicable to U.S. citizens)
  • Stamped by the Foreign Education Department in the province where the school is located (Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools (SAES) students and in-Kingdom applicants, coming from schools outside the Eastern Province)
• Leaving certificate (out-of-Kingdom applicants)

3. Medical forms:

• Health inventory
• Medical form
• Vaccination record

4. Financial requirements:

• Tuition payment.
