The British School Dhahran proudly fielded six teams in this season’s U14 Badminton Jamboree, with 12 boys and 12 girls representing the BSD Lions in an ISG-wide friendly competition. This remarkable participation reflects the growing enthusiasm for badminton within the BSD community, as students continue to embrace the sport with energy and determination.
Both the girls’ and boys’ A teams delivered outstanding performances, remaining undefeated throughout the event. Meanwhile, the B and C teams also enjoyed success, claiming several hard-fought victories and demonstrating great resilience against strong opposition. The players’ sportsmanship, teamwork and competitive spirit were on full display, making BSD proud.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Coaches Laine and Sousak for their dedication and leadership. Their passion for sport continues to inspire BSD students to strive for excellence while enjoying the journey.
Well done to all the players for their superb achievements and for representing the BSD Lions with pride.
