BSD Celebrates Sports and Sportsmanship in U11 BSME Awards

On May 13, the BSD community came together to celebrate our U11 British Schools of the Middle East (BSME) Games team in a special parent assembly filled with pride and reflection.

Every student received a ribbon recognizing their unique character strengths, while selected students were honored with MVP , Coaches’ Player and Sportswoman/man awards.

We were joined by our U13 BSME champions — former U11 players and siblings — as guest speakers. Their inspiring story of rising from last place to champions highlighted the power of perseverance and the strength of our BSD Lions family.

The annual BSME Awards are an anticipated event where we celebrate sports and sportsmanship. It was a joyful, emotional event that truly captured the spirit of teamwork, growth and gratitude.
