ISG Jubail High School Students Explore Japanese Culture and Art at Ithra

ISG Jubail art students, alongside Mrs. Madiha Qamar and Mrs. Carolina Bilbao, embarked on an enriching visit to Ithra, where they had the chance to immerse themselves in Japanese culture, traditional kimonos and contemporary art.

The experience offered a unique blend of history and modernity, allowing students to explore the rich traditions of Japan alongside cutting-edge artistic expressions.

During their visit, students toured five distinct art galleries, each focusing on a different artistic perspective. They delved into contemporary art, Middle Eastern art, Saudi culture, Islamic art and the natural art history of Saudi Arabia, gaining insight into the diversity and depth of artistic expression across cultures.

The trip ignited students' creativity and deepened their appreciation for art as a universal language. We’re excited to see how this experience inspires their future projects and creative endeavors!
