ISG Jubail U14 Girls Basketball Team Wins SAIKAC Plate with Heart and Teamwork

The ISG Jubail community is celebrating the determination and spirit of the U14 girls basketball team, who brought home the SAIKAC Plate after a weekend of exciting, hard-fought games at ISG Dammam. The tournament was a meaningful experience for the athletes, their coaches and the families who cheered them on every step of the way.

Throughout the two-day competition, the team demonstrated resilience, unity and an unshakable commitment to one another. Each play, pass and point reflected their skills and the bond they have built as a team. Their energy on the court and their support for one another captured what it means to play with heart.

Coach reflections spoke to more than just the final score. It was clear that the strength of this team came from the way they lifted each other up, stayed focused under pressure and gave their full effort in every moment. 

The support from parents and staff played an important role in this journey. During practices and late-game nerves, the encouragement of the ISG Jubail community helped give the players the confidence to step onto the court with purpose. 

“I deeply appreciate your unwavering support, which has been vital to their growth and confidence,” said Coach Meisie Maja, “Thank you for being such an integral part of this experience. Your encouragement means the world to them and to us.”

As the tournament came to a close and the team celebrated their success, the memory of their teamwork and perseverance stood out even more than the final win.
