On May 14, our primary school students embarked on an exciting journey back in time as they delved into the fascinating world of ancient Rome. Transforming into Romans for a day, they immersed themselves in a variety of activities aimed at unraveling the mysteries of this ancient civilization.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the spectacular Roman Parade, where our young scholars had the chance to showcase their newfound knowledge and skills. Decked out in impressive Roman attire, they marched proudly through the school halls, bringing the spirit of ancient Rome to life.
Central to the parade was the demonstration of Roman Shielding techniques, a testament to the students' dedication and enthusiasm in learning about the military in ancient Rome.
Through events like these, we strive to ignite a passion for learning and exploration, providing our students with opportunities to step outside of the classroom in memorable ways.
At British School Dhahran we aim to foster a love for learning and a curiosity about the world in our students that will empower them to become engaged global citizens, ready to make their mark on the world.
