Community Voice and Collaboration at ISG Jubail

At ISG Jubail, the Parent Teacher Group (PTG) meeting marked the final gathering of the school year, bringing together parents, staff and school leaders for a round table discussion centered on shared priorities, updates and planning for the year ahead. The session reflected a strong sense of collaboration and ongoing connection within the school community.

The meeting included a PTG Scholarship update, along with finance and budget requests aimed at supporting teachers, students and families across the school community, with emphasis placed on sustaining programs that directly benefit learning experiences and daily school life. A call for nominations was shared, followed by voting for all committee positions, including Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, with participants contributing ideas in an open and collaborative setting that encouraged broad participation from attending families.

Round table discussions encouraged community input, allowing families and staff to exchange perspectives on school initiatives and future priorities. Conversations included reflections on school events, classroom experiences and ways to further support student growth through shared understanding and communication. Conversations reflected a shared commitment to strengthening school programs and ensuring that resources continue to support meaningful learning experiences for students, while also highlighting the importance of ongoing engagement between families and educators throughout the academic year.

The meeting environment remained welcoming and constructive as participants engaged in thoughtful dialogue and reviewed key updates from the year, with discussions maintaining a respectful tone that supported open exchange of ideas. As the session concluded, attendees looked ahead to continued collaboration, with the next regular PTG meeting scheduled for August 2026, allowing time for preparation and reflection on the year’s outcomes and priorities moving forward.
