ISG Jubail Families Step Into the Middle and High School Experience
SHARE
ISG Jubail welcomed middle and high school families to campus for Back-to-School Night, creating an opportunity for families to connect with the people, classrooms and learning experiences that shape their children’s school days.
The evening began with Principal Kristin Kappelman and Assistant Principal Sanjeev Jangra introducing themselves and welcoming families to the new school year. They also shared important information about ways parents can stay connected with the ISG Jubail community and remain engaged throughout the year.
Our Parent Teacher Group (PTG) was also available throughout the evening to support our school community and introduce themselves to families. Their presence highlighted the importance of a strong partnership between home and school and the role families play in the wider ISG Jubail community.
Families then received their children’s schedules before heading into the classrooms. Sitting in the same seats their children use each day gave parents a closer look at the student experience while meeting teachers and learning more about each class.
The evening offered families time to ask questions, connect with teachers and better understand the academic journey ahead. With multiple classes and teachers across the middle and high school experience, the opportunity to move through the school day helped parents see the rhythm of their children’s daily lives in a more personal way.
The evening also provided an opportunity to reflect on the academic achievements of the ISG Jubail community. The Class of 2026 achieved a 100% IB Diploma pass rate, significantly exceeding the IB global average of 82.6%. The class also earned an average of 34 points, compared with the IB global average of 30.8 points.
These achievements are part of the academic journey families support throughout their children’s years at ISG Jubail. Back-to-School Night gave families a chance to begin the new school year with a stronger connection to that journey and to the teachers and staff who guide it.
With families across campus and classrooms filled with conversation, the evening marked a welcoming start to another year of learning, growth and community at ISG Jubail.
