Work Permit
ISG employs locally available educator professionals within our district. Expatriate dependent employment at ISG is conditional, and subject to receiving permission from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education in the form of an AJEER certificate (“work permit”).
Selected candidates will be required to complete a work permit application in advance of receiving an employment agreement. Once completed, our Human Resources and Government Compliance Office will assist with the process of applying for a work permit. A work permit is required to work at ISG and must be obtained prior to receiving an employment agreement, beginning work and receiving a salary.
Work permit application requirements include, but are not limited to:
- A copy of your university degree that has been apostilled or authenticated (stamped) by the Saudi Embassy or Cultural Mission/Bureau in the country where your degree was earned.
- A copy of your university transcripts.
- A valid Iqama (residency permit).
- Medical clearance (doctor’s certification of “fitness to work”).
Because authentication never expires, prospective applicants are encouraged to prepare themselves in advance by having their university degree apostilled or authenticated by the Saudi Embassy or Cultural Mission/Bureau in the country where their degree was earned prior to employment application.
