Employment Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants are qualified educator professionals, who are teachers, counselors or librarians and meet the employment eligibility requirements below:
- Citizenship:
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand
- Due to visa limitations, all other citizenships are currently ineligible for consideration
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred):
- In teaching subject
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching in subject
- Attestable/authenticatable
- Earned through in-person learning (more than 75%)
- Valid teaching or counseling license/certificate, such as:
- United States Professional Educator’s License
- Canada Certificate of Qualification and Registration
- United Kingdom Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ireland Teaching Council Registration
- South African Council for Educators (SACE)
- Australian Teacher Registration/Accreditation
- New Zealand Practicing Certificate
- Postgraduate Certification in Education
- Saudi Arabia Professional Teacher License
- Younger than 60 years of age at time of visa application
Compensation & Benefits
Teacher, Counselor, Librarian and Leader
Initial employment agreements are for two years. Initial salary placement is determined according to your qualifications and experience with an annual salary step increase and the opportunity for employment renewal. For leader positions, previous leadership experience is required.
