Dear Parents,
As our students have settled into their school routines, we’re excited to welcome parents and families on to our campuses for a number of community events. Research tells us that one of the biggest factors in student success is parent involvement. Your presence and involvement not only enrich our school community but also significantly impacts your child’s academic and personal growth. I am positive that together we can create a supportive environment that fosters learning, collaboration and lifelong success.
Here are the upcoming events at ISG:

- Sep. 2 - ISG Jubail PTO meeting
- Sep. 4 - ISG Jubail middle school and high school back to school night
- Sep. 11 - ISG Jubail elementary back to school night
- Sep. 14 - ASD university planning session and back to school event

SAVE THE DATE
September 10 - Student minimum day.
I would like to remind you that September 10 is a minimum day at ISG, and students will be released at 11:30 a.m. Our district implements minimum days as a vital component of our commitment to continuous improvement in education. These shortened school days provide our teachers with valuable time for professional development, which also directly benefits our students, as our educators bring fresh ideas, strategies and renewed energy into the classroom.
September 22, 23 - Schools closed for Saudi National Day.
2024 EXAM RESULTS RELEASED
We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 test scores are in and our students across ISG have performed exceptionally well. This year, we have seen an increase in the number of students taking these challenging exams, and this is a testament to their hard work and dedication.
These results also underscore our schools’ commitment to providing rigorous academic opportunities that empower our students to excel.

TRYOUTS AT THE AP RACE SWIMMING ACADEMY BEGIN NEXT WEEK
As mentioned in last week’s communication, we are excited to launch of the AP Race Swimming Academy at ISG. This opportunity is open for all students at ISG, including SVS, ISG Dammam and ISG Jubail.
Beginning on Sunday, September 1, ISG students will be able to try out for the Swimming Squad or the Learn to Swim program.
