In honor of World Read Aloud Day, ISG Jubail hosted a special event that highlighted the importance of reading and storytelling, organized by our dedicated librarians, Mrs. Melat Gebreselase and Ms. Manal Alibrahim. The event brought together elementary students, creating an opportunity for them to bond over the joy of books and storytelling.
Upper-grade students enthusiastically stepped into the role of readers, selecting engaging stories that captivated the younger students. As they read aloud, they shared exciting narratives and encouraged a love for reading among their peers. The event was designed to inspire imagination, promote literacy and emphasize the fun and connection that comes with reading together.
This event sparked excitement for books and strengthened connections within the school community, as students of all ages interacted and shared their passion for reading. It was a memorable celebration of the power of storytelling, reminding everyone how reading can bring people together and inspire creativity.
