Elementary School Dress as Your Favorite Book Character Day

On Tuesday, December 19, ISG Dammam elementary students were invited to dress as their favorite book character. Students were invited to talk about their book character either in class or during their visit to the library.

The KG1, KG2, Grade 1 and Grade 2 students participated in a morning book character parade, walking across the stage while Grade 3, 4 and 5 students cheered for them. Students were free to choose a character based upon their reading interests and we saw students dressed as Dogman, Pete the Cat, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Harry Potter, Judy Moody and Amelia Bedilia.

Our young readers enjoyed having the chance to demonstrate their reading interest through their outfits.
