Strong Start at TEDxYouth ISG Dammam Auditions

Excitement is already building for next year's TEDxYouth at ISGDammam as auditions officially got underway this week, drawing an impressive level of interest from students across the school.

In just the first week of auditions, more than 70 students stepped forward to share their ideas, stories and perspectives. This remarkable level of participation reflects the enthusiasm, confidence, bravery and creativity that continue to define the ISG Dammam student community.

TEDxYouth at ISGDammam provides students with a unique platform to explore meaningful topics, challenge perspectives and inspire others through the power of ideas. Auditions offer students the opportunity to present topics they are passionate about while demonstrating their communication skills and ability to engage an audience.

The large number of students who auditioned this week highlights the growing interest in public speaking and idea-sharing at ISG Dammam. Students brought forward a diverse range of topics, showcasing curiosity, critical thinking, thorough idea development and a willingness to contribute to important conversations.

Beyond selecting speakers for next year's event, the audition process itself serves as a valuable learning experience. Students develop confidence, strengthen presentation skills and learn how to communicate their ideas with clarity and purpose.

We are incredibly proud of every student who chose to step outside their comfort zone and audition. Sharing an idea with others requires courage, preparation and self-belief, and every participant should be commended for taking on the challenge.
