With more than 20 years of international school experience, Kristin brings a strong record in instructional leadership, school improvement and community building to her role.
Kristin has been working in international schools in East and Southeast Asia since 2000 in roles including classroom teacher, curriculum coordinator, elementary assistant principal and elementary principal. Before joining ISG Jubail, she served as the Elementary School Principal at Concordia International School, Hanoi.
Her educational and leadership philosophy centers on the belief that every child is inherently valuable and learns best in a nurturing, inclusive environment grounded in strong relationships.
Sanjeev Jangra

Sanjeev Jangra is a dynamic and progress-driven educational leader with over 15 years of experience spanning both the UK public school sector and the international school sector. He holds a degree from the University of Birmingham, a PGCE from UCL, and an MBA in Leadership and Human Resources from the Barcelona Business School, equipping him with a unique blend of academic insight and strategic leadership capability.
Since joining ISG Jubail in 2016, Sanjeev has played a pivotal role in shaping high school improvement. His core expertise lies in data-driven decision-making, curriculum leadership, and academic programme coordination, particularly within GCSE and the IBDP. With a proven track record of significantly raising external examination performance, he brings both analytical precision and a deep commitment to student success.
As IBDP Coordinator, Sanjeev successfully led the school through its first IB re-evaluation, delivering a 100% Diploma pass rate while building a culture of high expectations, academic rigour, and personalised student support.
