Employment Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants are male or female educators or support staff specialists qualified in their area of expertise, who meet the employment eligibility requirements below:
- Saudi citizens
- GCC citizens
- Residents with special dependent status
- Spouse of Saudi citizen
- Mother of Saudi citizen
- Child of Saudi mother
- English language proficiency: candidates must demonstrate full professional proficiency in English, this includes speaking, writing, reading and comprehension.
Educators:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred):
- In teaching subject or minimum 2 years experience teaching in subject
- Valid teaching or counseling license/certificate, such as:
- Saudi Arabia Professional Teacher License
- United States Professional Educator’s License
- Canada Certificate of Qualification and Registration
- United Kingdom Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ireland Teaching Council Registration
- South African Council for Educators (SACE)
- Australian Teacher Registration/Accreditation
- New Zealand Practicing Certificate
- Postgraduate Certification in Education
Non-Educators:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Initial employment agreements are for the current academic year. Initial salary placement is determined according to your qualifications and experience with an annual salary step increase and the opportunity for employment renewal. For leader positions, previous leadership experience is required.
