ISG Superintendent's Message

Dear ISG Community,

I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our teachers for the incredible work they do each day. Their dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to our students are truly commendable. At ISG, we strive to inspire innovation and compassionate action in everything we do and our educators play a pivotal role in bringing this mission to life. Through their innovative teaching methods, they spark curiosity, creativity and a love for learning in our students. Their compassionate guidance and support create a nurturing environment where every student feels valued, heard and empowered to reach their full potential.

A message to our teachers:

As we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, I would like you to know that your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. You are the heart and soul of our school community, and we are immensely grateful for all that you do. Thank you for inspiring innovation, fostering compassion and making a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

I am pleased to share that we will be offering our 5th annual virtual summer school program starting the week after Eid break. Summer school will run for a two week period from June 24 - July 4, 2024. Please visit ISG’s 2024 Virtual Summer School webpage to view our course catalog and select from over 60 courses on offer this year. Course offerings include academic enrichment, preparatory, global languages, arts, crafts, cooking, public speaking, drawing and painting. Summer school is free for all current and incoming ISG students. Please ensure to register using your child’s ISG email address. The deadline for registration is Thursday, May 23, 2024. In Grade 10 and Year 11, students delve into the fascinating world of science, exploring complex concepts and conducting hands-on experiments to deepen their understanding. From studying the principles of biology, chemistry and physics to exploring real-world applications, our students are equipped with the knowledge and skills to tackle scientific challenges with confidence. Through engaging lessons, laboratory experiments and collaborative projects, they develop critical thinking abilities and a passion for scientific inquiry, preparing them for future endeavors in STEM fields and beyond.
