ISG Jubail Elementary Students Build Connections on Escape Room Field Trip
SHARE
Elementary students at ISG Jubail recently stepped outside the classroom for a field trip that brought learning, problem-solving and teamwork to life. The visit to a local escape room offered students a chance to work together in new ways while building confidence and strengthening relationships with their peers.
Alongside their teachers, Mr. Graham Laing, Mrs. Komali Abbineni and Mrs. Jayshree Padaychee, students entered themed rooms filled with puzzles and clues. The challenge called for communication, focus, teamwork and creative thinking. As they moved through each task, students learned how to listen to one another and celebrate small victories together.
Teachers guided and encouraged the students throughout the experience, stepping back just enough to allow the children to take the lead. The activity allowed students to apply real-world skills in a playful and engaging environment.
Beyond the problem-solving, the trip was an opportunity to build friendships and strengthen the sense of community that defines ISG Jubail. Laughter and shared effort filled each room, reminding everyone of the importance of working together and supporting one another.
Experiences like these help create lasting memories and reinforce the values that are nurtured every day in the classroom. The escape room trip showed students that learning can happen anywhere, especially when they feel supported and connected.
A warm thank you to Mr. Laing, Mrs. Abbineni, Mrs. Padaychee and all the families who helped make this experience possible. It was a meaningful day that students will remember for years to come.
