ISG Jubail Spaghetti Bridge Building Contest

On November 30, ISG Jubail held its annual Spaghetti Bridge-Building Competition, which brought our school community together for the purpose of creativity and innovation, in a fun and collaborative event.

ISG Jubail students in elementary, middle and high school, as well as parents and staff participated, with a record number of 12 teams with four participants each. Creativity flourished as teams worked together to construct sturdy bridges using only spaghetti and liquid glue in under 90 minutes.

The event fostered a strong bond between students, parents and staff as they laughed and worked together, and as bridges were tested for strength, cheers celebrated the collaborative effort.

The annual spaghetti bridge building competition at ISG Jubail is a memorable testament to the spirit of unity and shared enthusiasm in our community.

This is our fifth year running the competition.  All participants received a certificate of participation, and winners received gift vouchers from Jarir Bookstore.

Appreciation goes to our middle school Student Council, advised by Ms. Kimberly Inge, who were front and center in leading and hosting the event, and to Mr. David Treska, our design and innovation teacher for his invaluable support.
