BSO Inspection Report

Sara Village School (SVS) successfully passed the British School Overseas (BSO) inspection in March 2023, in which SVS was inspected against a common set of standards, applicable to independent schools in England. 

This accreditation certifies that SVS offers an education equivalent to a British school in the UK. You can read the full report by clicking the image on the left.  This report is also publically available on the PENTA website.

Frequently Asked Questions at SVS

We encourage you to visit our campus and see the facilities that Sara Village School offers. 

Weekly tours are available by appointment only.  If you’re scheduling an in-person visit, you must bring a valid ID to clear security.  A visitor's badge will be provided and must be worn visibly during your time with us.

Sara Village School has a student-parent handbook, which contains information about school contacts, dress code, school schedules, attendance, activities, technology, and much more. 

SVS Student-Parent Handbook

Sara Village School (SVS) requires students to wear a school uniform each day. Uniforms may be purchased at SVS. Please make arrangements to purchase your child’s uniform in advance of their start date. Information about the school's uniform is in the handbook. 

Sara Village School does not offer a lunch facility and students must bring their lunch to school each day.

SVS does not offer school transportation. Residents on the compounds pick up and drop off their children each day.

Parents are an important part of our SVS family and we offer a number of ways parents can engage with us.  SVS has a parent volunteer group that helps organize and support larger events throughout the year such as International Day, bake sales and seasonal celebrations. In our primary classes, teachers often request support from parents for special celebrations during the year.
